許雅鈞涉賣股避損 移送複訊

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2013年10月2日電）藝人小S丈夫許雅鈞及其父親許慶祥等人，涉嫌在基因國際利空消息發布前，出脫持股。調查局約談許雅鈞等人，晚間移送北檢復訊。

許慶祥、許雅鈞到達北檢、面對媒體詢問，均不發一語。

台北地檢署偵辦販售胖達人麵包涉嫌詐欺案時，發現胖達人麵包所屬生技達人公司的母公司基因國際公司涉嫌違反證交法，分案指揮調查局台北巿調查處進行偵辦。

檢調查出，生技達人今年年中營業損益及稅前損益與前期相較，營運明顯不佳，基因國際某些內部人及內部人熟識的消息受領人，在知悉這項利空的重大消息後，持續大量出脫持股，以規避損失逾新台幣6000萬元。

台北地檢署今天指揮調查局幹員兵分4路前往許慶祥、許雅鈞父子，以及胖達人董事長徐洵平、姜麗芬夫婦等人的住處及公司搜索，並以依違反證交法內線交易罪犯罪嫌疑人身分，約談4人到案。

台北市調處晚間約7時40分許，將許慶祥、許雅鈞父子移送台北地檢署複訊。
