菲特外圍環流明起影響台灣　北部雨勢轉強

【張勵德／台北報導】受到東北季風增強影響，今天清晨板橋低溫降到攝氏20.4度，淡水也只有攝氏20.6度，其他地區低溫約攝氏21到24度。中央氣象局表示，今天迎風面的北部、東半部地區雲量增加，下雨機率提高，請民眾外出記得攜帶雨具，中南部地區則維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣，僅山區午後有局部短暫陣雨。預估今天北部、東北部地區高溫約攝氏25到27度，中南部地區高溫約攝氏31到32度。

第23號颱風菲特今天凌晨中心位置在台灣東南東方約1000公里海面上，未來會持續偏北轉西北移動，預計明天開始菲特颱風的外圍環流就會影響台灣陸地天氣，配合東北季風影響，北部、東北部地區雨勢轉強，不排除有局部大雨發生機會，請民眾留意。氣象局表示，一旦未來太平洋高壓持續增強導致菲特颱風移動路徑偏西，加上菲特颱風持續增強為中颱後暴風圈擴大，屆時可能將發布海上颱風警報。
