颱風攪局 凱瑞暫緩訪菲

美國國務鄉凱瑞今天(10日)宣布，由於受到颱風影響，他將延後訪問友邦菲律賓的行程；這對美國參與亞洲事務又是一項打擊。

凱瑞在汶萊東協高峰會場邊告訴記者，「由於考量到颱風逐步逼近和機師對天候狀況的評估，我們決定延後菲律賓的出訪行程。」
