赴歐買房變公民　中俄富人瘋

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】葡萄牙1年前實施振興房地產市場的「黃金」居留權政策，外國人投資50萬歐元（約2000萬元台幣）以上買房就可獲居留權，6年後可獲公民。西班牙上月也跟進，中國與俄羅斯富人趨之若鶩。

葡萄牙1年來批准318項黃金居留權申請，其中77%申請者來自中國，預計至今年底進場買房的外資可達120億元台幣，比去年一整年國內房地產投資金額還多20億元台幣。

希臘也實施類似政策，投資門檻僅25萬歐元（約1000萬元台幣）；在馬爾他則只要投資65萬歐元（約2600萬元台幣）就可直接成為公民。
