Markit：英國營造業維持強勁成長

Markit/CIPS 採購經理人指數 (PMI) 調查報告顯示，英國 12 月份的營造業 PMI 指數為 62.1。雖然稍低於 11 月份的 62.6，不過仍遠遠高於榮枯分界線的 50 水準。

英國經濟持續復甦，前景看好，民間企業在信心上升的情況下提高支出，商業大樓的營造跟著升溫。

最新一期的 Markit/CIPS 採購經理人指數 (PMI) 調查報告顯示，英國 12 月份的營造業 PMI 指數為 62.1。雖然稍低於 11 月份的 62.6，不過仍遠遠高於榮枯分界線的 50 水準。

而周四才剛公布的英國 12 月份製造業 PMI 指數，同樣顯示強勁的成長。

復甦更全面

Markit 在報告中指出，這已經是營造業連續第8個月出現成長的趨勢。儘管成長速度比 11 月稍慢，住宅營造仍是整個營造部們成長最快的領域。

不過，隨著商業大樓營造方面也出現自 2007 年 8 月以來最大成長幅度，顯示整體營造業的復甦變得更加全面。

報告同時也顯示，營造業聘僱人數連續7個月出現增加。

Markit 的資深經濟學家 Tim Moore 認為，英國經濟前景持續好轉，表示民間企業能放心增加支出及投資，於是營造業的復甦也開始從家庭住宅延伸至商業辦公大樓。

今天這份調查報告再度證明，英國經濟繼續維持復甦的腳步。

Markit 在昨天 (2日) 公布的英國 12 月份製造業 PMI 指數也顯示，製造業仍維持成長。而服務業 PMI 指數則預訂在下周一公布。
