台灣「史特拉」　司法酷斯拉獎成立

【胡守得／台北報導】檢察官評鑑委員會前委員彭文正，號召法律、教育、產經等學者專家，仿美國「史特拉獎」，今天上午宣布成立－「台灣司法酷斯拉獎」，針對過去1年荒謬的檢察官起訴及不起訴書、法官判決書，公開評選給獎；彭文正說，「任檢評會委員時，發現有太多小市民向我申冤，字字血淚，藉由司法酷斯拉獎的成立，給檢察官、法官在下筆時，有一個警惕。」
 
彭文正說，司法酷斯拉獎即日起接受任何人推薦，透過7299488@gmail.com（請你救救司法吧）信箱，上傳判決書或起訴（不起訴）書，2個月後截止收件，預定4月1日的愚人節「公開表揚」。
 
彭文正自嘲說，「預計得獎人不會前來領獎，將快遞送達，且附2個茶葉罐，還會把電話詢問收到沒。」
 
司法酷斯獎項，將由網友票選及專家票選合併頒給，分為「年度十大酷斯判決書」、「年度十大酷斯拉起訴書」及「終身成『咎』獎」等3個獎項。
