【短片】蘇貞昌：蔡同榮一生為公投奔走　非常敬佩

【林修卉╱台北報導】民進黨前立委、民視創辦人蔡同榮今凌晨零時10分病逝於台大醫院，享壽79歲。民進黨主席蘇貞昌中午12時30分在黨團總召柯建銘的陪同下，親赴簡易靈堂，捻香鞠躬。蘇貞昌說，蔡同榮為整個台灣的民主奮鬥，相信大家都非常敬佩，對於他未盡的志業，將繼續努力，希望家屬保重，並盡力給予幫忙。
 
蘇貞昌還說，今天痛失一位好同志，蔡同榮從台灣到美國，從國外回台灣，一生為民主、為公投奔走努力，非常懷念與敬佩他的堅持。

蘇貞昌稍早也在臉書PO文悼念，「從海外到台灣，蔡同榮委員為民主拼搏一生，今天我們痛失一位長期奮鬥的同志，我們會永遠記得他對於理想的執著，他未盡的理想我們會努力，希望家屬節哀，保重身體，我門會給予最大協助。」
