公民會議不分輸贏 換論點最重要

教育部委託中研院執行「高中生人文及社會科學基礎人才培育計畫」，18日還請學生分組模擬高耗能大企業主、中部小吃攤老闆、達仁鄉原住民等六種角色，以「核四停建與否」為題發表論述。

中山女高一年級學生徐士婷表示，為了這次的發表，她在一周找遍網路上的資料，這次公民會議最有趣的地方是能用論述的方式，交換正、反方的論點，有沒有講贏並不重要。

中研院士劉紹臣講評時說，這次的公民會議並沒有誰勝誰負，願意仔細聆聽他人觀點的每位高中生「都是真正的贏家」。他還說，每組都努力從台電、經濟部或環團的網站上找到有利自身發言的資料，這固然是好事，但若能進一步懂得分析資料、交叉比對資料，或許能看到更全面、更公平的觀點。
