伊拉克4炸彈客攻警局 6名警察死亡

安全官員表示，4名自殺炸彈客今天(21日)黎明衝進巴格達北部白吉鎮(Baiji)的警察總部，在與其他警察交戰持續1個小時後引爆炸彈，最少炸死6名警察。

白吉鎮位在巴格達北方大約180公里。安全官員表示，暴徒先射殺警察局外面 的警衛，再衝進基地內部，其中1名炸彈客在交戰中死亡；隨後警方援軍趕到，其餘3人引爆身上炸彈。

目前不清楚攻擊的暴徒身份，但是安全部隊和警方，向來是遜尼派伊斯蘭好戰份子的首要攻擊目標，而且他們已經取得新的動能，與伊拉克的什葉派政府對抗。

蓋達組織在伊拉克和敘利亞的分支團體，在今年稍早合流，共同組成伊拉克與黎凡特伊斯蘭國(Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant)，他們宣稱，在伊拉克和敘利亞邊界兩側的攻擊，都是他們犯下的案子。

根據聯合國的資料，單單在8月，就有大約800人在類似暴力事件中遇害。
