二、甲、乙、丙三人共有一筆土地，各擁有三分之一之權利，渠間未約定管理方法；嗣甲、乙未得丙同意，將土地全部出租他人使用，丙得否以其未同意而主張該租賃契約對其不生效力？理由為何？
