劉曉波妻舅遭判刑 律師：會上訴

（法新社北京9日電） 律師今天表示，北京懷柔法院今天判處諾貝爾和平獎得主劉曉波的妻舅劉暉詐欺罪名確立，須服刑11年。

大陸公安今年1月以涉入與房地產交易有關的詐欺案為由，拘留劉暉。劉暉律師莫少平告訴法新社，北京1間地方法院將劉暉判刑。

莫少平說：「法院基於不充分的證據判刑，完全不公平。」他也表示劉暉將提起上訴。
