歐習會美登場 網攻爭議成焦點

（路透加州聖荷西7日電）美國總統歐巴馬將在今天登場、與中國大陸國家主席習近平的會晤中，表達對中國大陸駭客據傳竊取美國機密的不滿。

歐習會將在加州棕櫚泉附近奢華氣派的陽光莊園（Sunnylands）舉行，屆時歐巴馬將尋求習近平擔保，他會嚴肅看待大陸網路間諜活動日增的指控，包括竊取美國先進武器設計。 美國官員告訴記者：「所有國家都必須遵守國際標準，並申明明確的路線規則，這是歐習會談的背景根據。」 美中領導人在加州沙漠會面時，網路安全引發的爭議將考驗兩人能否融洽相處。這場會談被定調為非正式的相互認識會面。 美國官員指出，歐巴馬打算告訴習近平，美國認為北京該為任何源自大陸的網路攻擊負責，且必須採取行動。 不過3月就任大陸國家領導人的習近平在與歐巴馬的首次會面中，或許不會採取示好態度。 預料習近平將對華府重返亞洲的戰略表達不快。美軍這項在太平洋的軍事再平衡計畫，被北京視為意圖阻撓其政經擴張。中央社（翻譯）
