【短片】軍檢沒還原影帶　洪姐不滿遞狀

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案消失的80分鐘畫面，洪仲丘姐姐昨天徹夜觀看。對於最高軍事法院檢察署檢察長曹金生宣稱「關鍵80分鐘」檔案無消失，但是斷訊。洪仲丘姐姐非常不滿，認為國防部根本就沒有還原，而且調查局給的說法是沒有檔案，顯然雙方說法有很大的出入。
洪家委任律師顧立雄表示，因為洪家人質疑急救過程有疏失，而且洪仲丘軍中日誌無故消失半年，是非常不尋常的，將就這些部分遞狀。
