劉延俊聲押遭駁回 曹金生：將提抗告

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍檢持續約談相關涉案人員，最高軍事檢察署檢察長曹金生上午在立院受訪時表示，軍檢聲請羈押542旅副連長劉延俊，軍事法院確定駁回聲押，軍事檢察署正在研擬提出抗告；媒體追問軍事法院駁回理由，曹金生表示，這是軍事法院決定，至於相關偵辦進度，因涉具體偵辦內容，不方便透露。

媒體也追問禁閉室監視器狀況，曹金生重申，80分鐘連續錄影，畫面中斷續黑影，若有人為介入，一定會查清楚。曹金生也說，下午將舉行公開記者會說明目前進度。
