謝立功：服貿不會造成投資移民

內政部移民署長謝立功表示，目前有關大陸經貿專業人士來台之相關規範，並未因服貿協議而放寬，現行大陸地區人民來台從事專業商務交流皆係停留性質，無法申請居留、定居及身分證，兩岸服務貿易協議的簽訂，絕對不會造成大陸人士投資移民的情況。

針對大陸人士在台停留期間部分，謝立功說，負責人、經理人、主管或專業技術人員來台，每次停留期間為一年，而且經許可方能發給多次入出境許可證，並非停留一次三年，也並非無限次簽證的。
