張通榮關說案 2度彈劾沒過

基隆市長張通榮涉關說縱放酒駕婦女，監察院今天二度召開彈劾審查會，但彈劾案依舊沒通過；依程序，監院無法再就此提彈劾。

張通榮去年九月被控涉關說縱放酒駕廖姓婦人，遭檢方起訴。楊美鈴、程仁宏今天二度提案彈劾，彈劾案還是沒過關。

楊美鈴受訪時說，「我努力過了，我真希望有第三次」，但遺憾的是，監院機制沒第三次彈劾，此案只能到此為止，將來她提調查報告時會再努力。
