摘要：美國聯準會18號結束兩天的決策會議，全球關注QE會不會開始退場，結果柏南克卻出乎意料宣布，每個月850億美元的購債計畫，暫時還沒有退場的打算，同時也下修未來經濟展望。柏南克坦言，聯準會對經濟預估太過樂觀，需要看到更多復甦的跡象，表示QE退場沒有固定時間表，不過最可能在今年底，啟動退場機制。
