這樣的鐵皮屋報價合理嗎??

買了1間30年老房子,2樓透天,想加蓋3樓,這樣比較不會熱...
請做鐵皮的估價,
包括屋頂..老闆說用3合1板比較不會熱,但價錢比較貴6600/坪..
和隔壁接觸的壁面,用裝璜版,老闆說隔音效果比較好3500/坪,若改清板2500/坪..
用落地窗1座6片43000...
因為前面要隔一塊當陽臺使用,所以加做高度大概到腰部的圍欄28000
其他的配件,大概都在估價單上...
可不可以請有經驗的人幫忙看看~~
不知這樣的價錢合理嗎??可以讓他做嗎??謝謝!!
