牽手賞月被撞 輔大情侶陰陽隔

〔自由時報記者吳柏軒／新北報導〕就讀輔仁大學哲學系的一對香港僑生情侶趙文滔與趙慧盈，19日中秋夜出遊後準備返回校園，兩人手牽手從新北市泰山區中山路與台麗街過馬路時，突遭機車撞上，趙女顱內出血傷重，雖緊急開刀，延至昨晚仍宣告腦死，男友與家屬難以接受「怎麼這會這樣！」家屬決定捐贈器官，遺愛人間。

女友被撞死 男悲痛

警方表示，同為25歲的趙男與趙女，從香港來台就學，事故發生後，趙男與肇事的機車騎士22歲男子林宗群，都只受到輕微擦傷，但趙女卻因衝撞導致後腦直接撞擊地面，造成顱內嚴重出血，送醫動兩次腦部手術，仍宣告不治，趙女家屬接獲噩耗，傷痛欲絕。

趙男向警方說，當時和女友兩人手牽手要過馬路，沒看到號誌轉紅，直接過斑馬線，卻遭機車撞上；肇事林男則表示，綠燈直行時才發現有人闖紅燈，來不及煞車便直接撞上去。

由於現場沒有監視畫面，警方將再蒐集其他跡證以釐清肇事責任，先將林男依過失致死罪嫌函送偵辦。
