有關Lenovo G580筆電麥克風問題

這台筆電的孔不像其他筆電一樣有耳機跟麥克風兩個孔 他只有一個

我試過用手機送的耳機(只插一個孔就有耳機跟麥克風功能的那種)結果可以使用

但如果我只插麥克風 卻又不能用

請問我有辦法讓電腦只插麥克風 但收到的聲音不是從耳機出來的 而是從筆電發出聲音的辦法嗎?

我知道這台筆電本身就內建麥克風 不過收音太好 我朋友講的話自己都會聽得到

有經驗的人麻煩了!!
