紐約2013年6月12日電 /美通社/ -- 鑒於日本軟銀 (Softbank) 修改後的出價和 Sprint Board 的建議，Sprint 的第二大股東 Paulson & Co. Inc.（簡稱 Paulson）打算全力支援軟銀的交易。根據最新的 13F 報表，Paulson 持有2.31億股 Sprint 股份。除財務條款有所修改外，Paulson 還認為，軟銀在無線領域具有的非凡經營專長及其戰略願景能在未來將 Sprint 塑造成一個強大的競爭對手。

Paulson & Co. 是一家投資管理公司，專業從事並購套利和事件型投資。Paulson 管理的資產約有180億美元，在紐約、倫敦和香港設有辦事處。
