伊朗伸橄欖枝 白宮仍有疑慮

（法新社華盛頓20日電） 美國今天表示，伊朗總統勞哈尼（Hassan Rowhani）提出的多項外交建議，美國歡迎，但同時認為這還不足以讓美國減緩對伊朗的制裁力道。

白宮國家安全發言人羅茲（Ben Rhodes）說，總統歐巴馬沒有計畫下週在聯合國大會會見勞哈尼，當他在大會發表演說時，還將繼續對伊朗施壓。

華府認為伊朗正在發展製造核武的能力，且引導國際社會對伊朗實施經濟制裁，以迫使德黑蘭當局參與談判，找出他們願意接受國際社會檢查核子計畫的方法。

德黑蘭的伊斯蘭主義者政府否認研發核子彈，同時堅稱有權研發核能發電與研究，且勞哈尼6月當選總統後，在外交上動作頻頻。

也堅持嚴厲制裁伊朗的法國總統歐蘭德（FrancoisHollande）將於紐約聯合國大會會見勞哈尼，且愈來愈多揣測說，歐巴馬可能製造機會，短暫會晤勞哈尼。

但羅茲說，華府仍在等待看看是否有更多具體證據，證明伊朗已經準備好在核子議題上讓步，再決定如何回應。（譯者：中央社何世煌）
