遭批說風涼話　龍應台：此說法是扭曲

【陳威廷／台北報導】總統馬英九上午頒授雲門舞集創辦人暨藝術總監林懷民一等景星勳章前，有媒體錄到文化部長龍應台與林懷民的私下對話，當時龍應台在林懷民詢問「最近忙不忙？」時回應：「事情都在外交部。」等語，遭媒體解讀龍應台在講風涼話。龍應台上午結束文化部記者會後受訪解釋，當時林懷民詢問她的近況，她才回應近期都忙於預算審查、很辛苦，但衛福部忙於處理食安問題，外交也出了點狀況等。

龍應台說，有部會成為媒體焦點，首長間就會開玩笑「你今天是苦主」，再互相打氣，媒體指她不體諒其他部會、說風涼話等，是完全扭曲當時的情況，不可取也不需要。
