法醫科學家Barry Allen(Grant Gustin)從中心城警署趕來調查

他認為這起案件與他十分關注的一起案件非常相似(可能與他父親的死有關)  

Barry自願加入調查行動 Oliver意識到Barry有些不尋常 

同時Oliver想起該案可能與他在煉獄島的一段經歷有關
