標題[請問] Win7如何設定自動關機呢

因為自己睡覺前，都喜歡開著電影或動畫看著睡著。 但是電費目前不便宜，所以我想有沒有可以設定讓Win7自動關機呢？ 我有稍微google一下，有看到Win7內建方法。 不過有點麻煩。 有沒有什麼軟體，直接在桌面就有捷徑，然後輸入5小時， 就像計時器一樣直接倒數計時呢？ 或是說，有其他簡易方式嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.137.22
