今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，台北市士林區有一名婦人，因惡鄰時常半夜喝酒、吆喝大罵三字經，甚至隨地大小便，讓人相當困擾。這名婦人得知後港派出所長黃升揮剛上任，便在路上直接攔車陳情，社區也因此恢復安寧，讓地方里民傳頌這真是「現代版的攔轎喊冤」。
