雖然有先搜尋過其他人的經驗， 但仍然覺得自己拿到的這份保證書有點奇怪。 還希望版友們能給一些看法， 自受僱日起算三年期間，絕對遵守政府相關法令及貴公司之管理規章，如有職務上之行為 ，而應對貴公司負損害賠償責任時，本連帶保證人無論其發現係在職或離職後，本連帶保 證人願負完全賠償責任。 本保證期間屆滿前，若本連帶保證人未以書面通知貴公司不擬續保者，本保證書將自動更 新，不另行換約。 本連帶保證人同意以地方法院為管轄法院，本連帶保證人並願放棄先訴抗辯權，特立本連 帶保證書為憑。 比較讓我擔心的部分是這契約要持續三年，不論這期間離職與否。 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.174.70
