財長張盛和︰預售屋查稅不限金額

【林巧雁／台北報導】立委費鴻泰今天在財委會質詢時指出，自從財政部說要加強查緝預售屋逃漏稅，他的服務處接到數百通支持電話，但是希望查緝不要有3000萬的門檻，換屋多在2000萬左右，3000萬以上、以下的預售屋都要查，特別是轉手3次、4次、5次炒作房價的投資客。
 
財政部長張盛和也同意表示，所有金額的預售屋都要查，沒有門檻，以轉手的預售屋為母體來查。
 
立委詢問財政部拿得到預售屋轉手資料嗎？張盛和表示，根據稅徵稽徵法，可要求仲介提供，內政部也會配合提供資料。
