中華電移機拖3個月　稱不收費竟又催繳

【方翊倩／綜合報導】余小姐投訴，因搬家向中華電信申請網路移機，客服人員承諾完成移機前不收網路費，但本月收到中華電信寄信催繳7、8月網路費。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台北市余小姐表示，6月21日申請移機後就搬去新家，客服人員承諾移機未完成前，不會收取網路費用，不過7月8日中華電信的工程單位來電告知，她新家附近的光纖設備須調整，暫時無法裝機，一拖就3個多月。9月17日余小姐竟還收到中華電信通知信函，催繳7、8月的網路費共2015元。她抱怨，「遭質疑欠款不繳，對我的人格是種污衊。」

中華電信回應，余小姐申請移機後，在完成移機前的網路費確實不該收取，因內部作業問題才導致催繳單寄出，這方面確有疏失，會簽結這筆欠款。

余小姐表示，移機完成前，中華電信竟催繳欠款2015元（紅框處）。
