尼泊爾今制憲大選　軍警嚴陣以待

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】尼泊爾第二屆制憲會議選舉19日如期舉行，由於先前已發生多起相關抗議與示威的暴力事件，尼國警方與軍隊在各地投票所嚴陣以待，避免衝突。
 
首都加德滿都的市民19日早上7時便已前往陸續投票所排隊，開始投票。按照選舉日程，投票將持續一天，結束後隨即進行計票。本次大選將產生由601人組成的制憲會議，行使職權制定憲法。各黨派先前對於選舉日期沒有達成共識，使得選舉受到尼泊爾聯合共產黨與33黨聯盟等勢力的抵制，協商未果導致汽車被燒、炸彈襲擊或街頭衝突等暴力事件頻傳。

根據法新社的報導，當地時間19日早上10時左右，一枚土製炸彈於首都一間投票所附近爆炸，造成2名大人與1名孩童受傷。
