板車國道撞護欄　南北雙向回堵嚴重

【吳傑沐／苗栗報導】中山高速公路苗栗北上路段，位在銅鑼交流道匝道口前，今天中午12時多，1輛滿載鋼筋的拖板車，疑左前輪爆胎，整輛車失控從外線車道往內線車道偏移，車頭撞上中央水泥護欄後，車頭與車斗分離，鋼筋掉落在北上中、內線，後方車斗則跨越護欄，打橫卡在南北雙向內側車道，遠看有如翹翹板，幸未波及其它車輛；駕駛林國益（34歲，台中市人）胸頸挫傷，送醫治療並無大礙。

事發後，警方現場調派16輛拖吊車，封閉北上車道，南下僅開放外線車道，造成南、北車流嚴重回堵。警廣也不斷廣播北上回堵5公里，車陣定點回堵，一動也不能動；南下則回堵2公里，呼籲駕駛人從北上三義、南下銅鑼交流道避開堵車路段，目前現場仍積極吊掛排除當中。
