北市大坪數大樓交易減　今年低於2成

【張菱育／台北報導】根據去年8~12月與今年1~9月實價登錄統計資料顯示，台北市60坪以上的大樓交易，從去年佔大樓整體的23%到今年僅剩19%，大坪數的交易量出現萎縮趨勢，而蛋黃區像是中正、松山、大安區交易量則增加1.8~10.3%，另外信義、中山、士林區則減1~5.8%。

台灣房屋智庫執行長劉怡蓉表示，實價登錄上路至今，小宅交易持續熱，但大坪數產品交易量減少，而高單價的蛋黃區，因有優質標的，吸引高資產族群自住或置產，刺激交易價格。
