請問面試的時候該問什麼 才能保障未來自己的權益呢? 小弟我新鮮人 退伍後曾在材料行當銷售員 算是打工吧.. 雖然是電子產業 但其實也是服務業 面試很隨便也沒準備 面試完兩個小時後就要我隔天去上班了 雖然制度算是不錯 但我依然離職 想換好點的工作 所以我面試經驗也是很爛.. 該注意的我可能都沒注意到 現在看到有興趣的 我就投遞履歷 投了好幾家好幾家 有通知的我才會去深入了解這公司 不知道各位前輩 找工作會像我一樣嗎 有點亂槍打鳥.. 但面試機會實在是太低了 我也只能這樣做.. 我更想問的是 面試的時候該去問那些事 才能保障自己的權益 另外 面試時 如果感覺自己勝算不大 那也要提問很多事情嗎? 工作真的好難找.. 104上寫的職缺內容 跟實際上面試時談的根本常常不一樣 我才知道 刊登求職網的都是公司內的人事 但親自來面試的是主管 是主管啊!! 前後說詞不一 害我幾次花一大堆車錢南北跑 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.117.11.112
