防情色　立委要求電信業提供兒童防護機制

【徐毓莉／台北報導】立委蔡其昌表示，現在行動上網情色不設防，據統計，有6成6少年持有智慧型手機，根本不需要在固網上網，手持行動上網設施就可看色情。但他實測，中華電信行動上網有兒童防護機制（付費）、遠傳有安心鎖，但台灣大、威寶、亞太電信則無防護機制，要求1年內解決。
