董事認為集團須精簡其業務，並且出售其於Hero View之權益，以集中其財務資源於集團的其他業務上，將對公司有所裨益。進行該等出售事項是為了產生額外現金以為集團提供額外營運資金資源。董事認為，該出售事項之條款公平合理，且該出售事項符合集團及其股東的整體利益。(T)
