勞委會鬆口　可提高勞保天花板

立法院社環委員會今初審政院版《勞保條例》修正案，多名立委追問勞委會主委潘世偉是否可提高勞保投保薪資上限43900元，潘世偉鬆口：「在財務健全的情況下可提高投保薪資上限」，向上提高一級的話可達45800元，若再往上一級則是48200元。

媒體問財務狀況健全定義，潘世偉說，在這次院版勞保年金改革方案3讀通過後，勞保財務會獲得舒緩，到時就會啟動討論提高投保薪資上限。他說，提高投保薪資上限只需發布行政規則即可，但到時還需討論高薪者所得替代基數和保費分攤比問題。

勞委會估算，投保薪資向上提高1級會讓基金提早3年破產，立委提希望提高金融營業稅等方式因應，潘說會研議。
