關新路美華泰旁的空地掛綠牌子了

剛剛下班路過關新路,看到美華泰及愛家中間的那塊空地突然間掛起綠牌子,
感覺要開始蓋一些建築物,上面好像寫開始日102/05 --102/12月施工,樓層2樓...
看這樣子的隔局...不是賣場就是餐廳...
這個難道是傳說中的麥當勞嗎???
版上神通廣大的前輩,有人知道這個是要賣什麼的??
