減緩地層下陷 建議魚塭重劃

嘉南農田水利會朴子管理處轄區，涵蓋沿海3鄉鎮，許多農民長期飽受地層下陷之苦，朴子區管理處主任陳英仕昨天提出「魚塭重劃」構想，期望比照農地重劃，減緩地層下陷問題。

陳英仕指出，沿海鄉鎮許多鹽分太高的農地，被開墾為養殖魚塭，嘉義縣約2千多公頃魚塭，早期長年抽地下水，易造成地層下陷。

陳英仕長期關注沿海地層下陷問題，他說，「魚塭重劃」的構想是比照農地重劃，規畫道路以方便卡車、機具出入魚塭作業，政府將重劃後分得土地開闢為「公池」，蓄積水源供魚塭用水需求，以減少抽用地下水，魚塭土地得以增值，是雙贏作法。
