濕冷晚春　德國東南部豪雨成災

河水湍急洶湧，放眼望去，街道一片汪洋，店家門口，趕緊堆起沙包以防淹水，在低窪路段，民眾乾脆脫鞋，涉水而過。消防人員：「情況當然嚴重，但跟昨晚比起來，已經好很多，我們還須要測量其他地方，因為暴雨而高漲的水位，我們在等看看，還會發生什麼事。」

德國最近豪雨不斷，在許多鄰近河川地區釀成災害，當地國家氣象局報告，德國經歷40年來最寒冷的冬天，5月的雨量比起去年同期，也高出許多，不過未來幾天，德國還將持續濕冷。

倒塌的樹木壓垮車輛，招牌也掉落地面，烏克蘭南部1日遭受暴風雨襲擊，造成死傷，家園遭到毀壞，民眾都忙著清理善後；而在印度，以往5月中旬就開始的雨季，終於來臨，大雨滂沱，農民都鬆了一口氣。民眾：「6月第1週就開始下雨，我們一定會收成更多作物，會淹水，水壩也會滿，這樣就不會有缺水問題了。」

不過同時，印度卻也面臨高溫天氣，根據印度媒體報導，今年夏天提早來臨，從4月初以來，已經有數百人熱死，醫院內擠滿了中暑病患，當局預估，未來死亡人數恐怕還將繼續攀升。
