立委要求政府管收欠稅大戶

報稅最後一天，民進黨立委邱志偉舉行記者會表示，統計到5月27日為止，仍有200億以上的欠款追討無門，金額相當於文化部或外交部一年度的預算，但欠稅人遭管收的比例卻小於1%，他質疑稅捐單位稽徵不利；行政執行署回應，管收涉及人身自由，要考量比例原則，通常要金額很大加上有逃亡之虞者才會管收。
