交通題材 桃園特定區房價近6年漲2.64倍

太平洋房屋副總經理章克勤表示，雙北市目前在無素地開發、捷運信義線即將開通，且都更窒礙難行的情況，各界預測價格有繼續向上攀升機會；高鐵桃竹特定區土地開標，桃園特定區近六年漲幅2.64倍，而新竹漲幅也有2.19倍，可見已開通交通題材是支撐房價最大主因。

章克勤說，台中捷運自去年動工至今，漲幅也約有二成，但在動工中途又停工，且政府財政情況目前不良下，要進場投資人需要更加留意一番；高雄在地方首長有心朝向國際化發展，頻頻對外商招手進駐投資高雄，以及完工捷運系統，與近期開工高雄環狀輕軌，範圍始於前鎮調車場，終於捷運西子灣段，此段將可更加串連高雄市商圈發展，一併帶動生活圈機能。
