信義區北醫生活圈房價較區域便宜近三成

有巢氏房屋整理雙北市的精華區房價，發現台北市信義區的平均房價79.1萬元，但北醫生活圈的吳興街、莊敬路，因部分巷弄狹窄，周邊房價約55.7萬元，相較信義區每坪均價便宜23.4萬元，較周邊便宜近三成！新北市新莊區的民安路、四維路一帶，因周邊有工業區，房價約23.8萬，相較新莊區整體平均房價，價差幅度22.7%。

有巢氏房屋劉炳耀副總經理表示，新人購屋因為經濟條件限制，若希望住在離工作較近的交通便利市區，可以先考慮接受機能方便的平價路段，但是提醒週邊環境通常可能有住家老舊或生活環境複雜等可能，要注意夜歸時步行回家路程安全性。
