摘要：蘋果公司和南韓三星電子，為了搶奪智慧型手機市場，在全球展開專利訴訟，但是最新一場交鋒的結果，蘋果公司竟然敗下陣來，而且竟然是在自己家裡，美國，輸掉了這場專利官司。美國國際貿易委員會，4號裁定，蘋果公司因為侵犯三星電子的一項專利，包括iPhone 4和iPad 3G在內的多項產品，將被禁止進入美國市場銷售，不過最新的iPhone 5和iPad 4，則不在禁止之列，外界因此預料，相關禁令對蘋果的獲利，影響應該不會太大。
