敘化武清單 聯合國開始檢視

總部設在海牙的禁用化武組織（OPCW）廿一日開始檢視敘利亞政府初步提交的庫存化武清單。根據美國與俄羅斯日前達成的協議，廿二日是敘利亞交出庫存化武清單的最後期限。

OPCW執委會原訂廿二日討論如何銷毀敘國化武，目前已經延後。敘國首都大馬士革郊區上個月廿一日發生化武攻擊事件，造成數百平民死亡。美國認為這是敘國政府軍所為，而且已經踩到迫使美國動武的「紅線」。

俄羅斯外長拉夫洛夫日前針對此事與美國國務卿柯瑞進行緊密磋商，最後達成協議，要求敘國阿塞德政權限期交出化武及相關設施，並於明年年中以前銷毀。
