不簽賠償和解書被毆　2男被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】2年前台中市富華營造公司在施工灌漿過程時，發生版模破裂、牆壁倒塌，混凝土淹沒旁邊一家體育用品店的倉庫，體育用品店黃姓老闆向營造公司要求賠償153萬元，但富華僅願意賠償20萬元，雙方一直談不攏。
 
2年前12月31日下午，劉姓男子(23歲)和邱姓男子(50歲)帶著3、4位不詳人士，手持求償資料要求黃簽立和解書，雙方一言不和，劉等人將黃雙手扣住，恫嚇「打死你！」眾人隨即持安全帽、木棒、鋁棒毆打黃。

黃妻出門找黃，聽到工地外有圍毆聲音，立即報警處理。富華公司坦承找劉等人處理，但否認教唆打人。台中地檢署依妨害自由罪將劉、邱2人提起公訴，2人將面臨5年以下有期徒刑。
