強風豪雨 天兔重創菲律賓北部

天兔颱風的暴風圈，除了侵襲台灣，也重創菲律賓北部，不但引發山崩，還造成部份地區斷電，所幸到目前為止，還沒有傳出人員死亡。

天兔的最大瞬間風速，每小時達到195公里，將樹木攔腰吹斷，部份房屋也不堪強風襲擊，天兔今天一度在巴士海峽的巴丹群島登陸，據民眾表示，這是當地25年來遭遇的最強烈颱風。氣象當局警告，菲國北部今晚還會籠罩在天兔的威脅下，可能會引發更多災情。
