「全民女神」陳妍希因接拍《新神雕俠侶》的小龍女一角引發熱烈討論，身材頻頻遭受網友抨擊，現在積極控制飲食，並且每天喝大量的水，已經成功減掉5公斤，21日她在微博透露在旁人享受精緻大餐時，自己只吃1盒草莓當晚餐，讓粉絲相當心疼。

陳妍希先前在電影《花漾》以古裝亮相，卻被觀眾抨擊臉像肉餅，而近日又接拍經典古裝戲《新神雕俠侶》，試妝照一曝光就引發負面聲浪，被批評是各種翻拍版本的小龍女中最肉感的女星，也有人認為她的臉太具現代感，缺乏金庸筆下人物的「仙氣」，引發熱烈討論。

據了解，陳妍希認為自己最大的問題是水腫，現在每天均衡攝取肉類和蔬菜，且幾乎不添加油和鹽，還攝取大量的水，目前為止已順利甩掉5公斤的肥肉，而21日她上傳旁人的美食照，表示：「他們和我的晚餐！」照片中似乎只拿1盒草莓填飽肚子，讓粉絲紛紛表示心疼，並大讚她臉頰變尖許多。
