日銀2度推遲股票資產出脫時間2年

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】日本央行（日銀）2度推遲出脫手中股票資產時間2年，今宣布將開始出脫時間由2014年3月底延至2016年3月底，完成時間同步由2019年9月底延至2021年9月底。
 
日銀昨聲明表示，理事會已決議將先前購自金融機構的股票資產出脫時間延後，這項決定主要因應近期海內外金融市場發展。日銀目前持有這類股票資產1.36兆日圓。日銀2012年1月已推遲出脫股票資產時間2年
 
野村證券資深經濟學家小畑修一說：「日銀不能一面重申要擴大（收購資產），一面又賣股來縮減資產負債表；日銀不想讓外界形成他們有不利股市舉動的印象。」
