【湯寶隆／高雄報導】陳姓婦人(56歲)患有強迫症，只要看到喜歡物品，就會動手行竊，雖然就醫，但情況時好時壞，近年就因行竊多次被抓，光罰金就超過30萬元。
 
本月5日，陳婦在高市三民區松江市場偷走于姓市民放在機車置物籃的包包，得手1800元，警方事後調閱路口監視器，從車牌鎖定陳婦，經通知到案，陳婦坦言行竊，表示會再去看醫生，全案今依竊盜罪嫌函送法辦。
