富味鄉開庭　陳文南比價格稱無詐欺故意

【孫英哲╱彰化報導】富味鄉混油案今天上午9點10分召開準備庭，富味鄉公司董事長陳文男、董事陳瑞禮與其他4名員工等被告都出庭。陳文南律師帶著1瓶富味鄉的油品，與其他7瓶其他品牌油品比較價格，向法官證明，富味鄉麻油在同款油品中市第二便宜的，並不是要壓低成本才混油。

 陳文南律師指7瓶其他廠牌油品中，只有1瓶比富味鄉的油便宜，其他6瓶都比較貴，因此富味鄉非基於成本考量才混摻玉米油等較低價油，沒有詐欺或攙偽的故意，且富味鄉犯罪情節跟其他食安事件比較相對輕微，為節省訴訟資源，請求法官准予認罪協商處分。

富味鄉公司以生產芝麻油文明，其特級、頂級以及高級3種純黑麻油中，攙入玉米籽油等低價食用油，陳文南等人被彰檢依詐欺、攙偽、標示不實等罪名起訴。
